Refund policy

Custom Orders:

As each product is custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed. 

 

Damages & Issues:

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery.  If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

 

Please Note:

Air bubbles that may appear inside your cup are a natural occurrence during the shipping process and are not considered a defect.  For this reason, they do not qualify for replacement.
